Mr. Nelson has 20 years in real estate and economic development, project finance, legislative advocacy, and commercial real estate brokerage/consulting. His clients come from government and private sectors, spanning business expansion projects, economic impact analysis, and innovative PPPs, representing thousands of Maine jobs and hundreds of millions in investment.
