Sewall provided site design, environmental permitting, and provided construction administration support for the recently completed Husson University Townhouse project. The project included site and utility design for three separate buildings capable of housing up to 72 additional University students. Each townhouse has six two-story apartments. Design included three separate parking lots, curbing, sidewalks/walkways, stormwater management improvements, site amenities, and sewer/water utilities. Sewall obtained site and environmental permits through the City of Bangor and the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
