Solar

Sewall has provided civil design, permitting, and survey services for dozens of individual solar projects. For each project, Sewall develops the civil site layout and design based on the solar array requirements and access needs. Civil plans include access road plan and profiles, site grading, typical sections, stormwater calculations/plans, sedimentation and erosion control plans, and construction details.    

For each project, Sewall supports all permitting efforts and ensures environmental standards for the site development are met, including treatment measure designs, all supporting calculations, and required permit narratives.  Additionally, Sewall meets required municipal standards for flooding, watershed management, and runoff controls.   

Our services include full boundary surveys of the subject parcels, preparation of topographic plans, development of ALTA/ACSM plans, and lease document preparation.
