Rachel began her career at Sewall in 1997 as part of our Accounting Team, and currently, serves as Accounting and Human Resources Analyst. Her primary Accounting responsibilities include payroll processing, project billing and other accounting functions as needed. Her primary Human Resources responsibilities include general day to day HR functions, benefits administration, assist with annual insurance renewals and other tasks as needed. Along with accounting team member Stacie Smith, she was instrumental in implementing new accounting and finance systems in 2019.
