Noah Boisvert joined Sewall in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine. Coursework included urban transportation planning, transportation safety, wastewater process design, water treatment, project management, and open channel hydraulics. His capstone engineering project design involved Orono traffic mitigation.
At Sewall, Noah assists with transportation-related projects as Traffic Engineer. Noah has earned his EI certification.
