Levi Ladd is Sewall’s very own in-house multi-tool. Levi is a highly experienced and respected GIS Analyst who serves the firm as its Reality Capture Manager, leading Sewall’s LiDAR scanning, hydrographic and bathymetric surveys, and remote sensing acquisition projects. Levi is a 2006 alumnus of the University of Maine at Farmington, where he graduated with an Interdisciplinary BA degree in geography & geology as well as a certificate in athletic coaching. He is currently enrolled in the Professional Science Master’s (PSM) in Engineering & Business program at the University of Maine.
Mr. Ladd has worked in an engineering consultant capacity performing GIS, natural resources, fisheries, and surveying work at several firms throughout Maine. He is one of the few professionals in New England to hold all three distinctions of certified GIS Professional (GISP), Certified Mapping Scientist (CMS), and Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT). He is also licensed as a Registered Maine Guide.
Away from Sewall, Levi lives in Dexter with his wife, three children, fearsome dog, and two gluttonous cats. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, kayaking, and spending time at the family camp on the Sebec River in his hometown of Milo, Maine. He spends his winters coaching basketball, ice fishing and being active whenever possible, and in the spring, is a huge Red Sox supporter when he is not guiding his sports.
